How do Interviews and Studies differ?
Interviews are the AI-led conversations. Studies brings together the purpose, participants, topics and overall report. Start with Studies when planning a study.
Does everyone get exactly the same questions?
Interviews share common topics. The AI can ask different follow-up questions depending on the responses. This allows depth, but does not make the conversations identical.
Is the AI interviewer neutral?
No interview method is completely neutral. Purpose, participant selection, wording and AI follow-up questions influence what comes through. Test the approach, avoid leading questions and review answers in context.
Can we use Interviews to assess employees?
The Interviews format gathers perspectives, not scores on knowledge or ability. To evaluate against requirements, use Assessments with Coaching Sessions Assessment and Roleplays.
Do responses become part of Insights or a Journey?
No. Interviews is not a Journey activity. Studies has its own report. Findings can inform a new initiative, but the system does not automatically create practice from them.
