Ways to follow progress
Feedback that helps the team move forward.
Start with one leadership behavior. Follow what the leader demonstrates in practice and how feedback works day to day.
Follow-up suggestions, not measured customer results.
- 01
Clear, useful feedback
Review whether feedback describes a specific situation, considers the employee’s perspective and leads to a clear next step.
Your follow-up at work - 02
Reasoning in the exercise
Review how the leader describes their approach and applies your criteria in assessed conversations.
Evidence in Popscale - 03
The team’s experiences
Explore whether feedback helps people in their work. A separate Study can deepen your understanding of what works and what is missing.
Popscale and your follow-up
More coaching conversations do not mean better feedback. Follow behaviors, not personality or enthusiasm. Exercise results do not prove a change in culture.
Plan a simple follow-up
Choose one behavior and use the same criteria before and after. Follow up once the leader has had a chance to apply it at work. A submitted reflection is not an independent observation of the conversation.
Decide who reviews the evidence and how participants are informed. Handle team feedback carefully; small groups are not automatically anonymous. Studies has its own report, not performance scores for the leader.
