Common questions.

Clear answers.

What is an Episode?

An Episode is an audio episode with an image, created from your content. It can introduce a product, explain a way of working or give a new employee important context.

Does an Episode have to be part of a Journey?

No. Episodes can be used on their own in Popscale or as activities in a Journey alongside other formats.

Can we use our own material?

Yes. Start with your material and adapt the content to your audience and purpose. You are responsible for reviewing the facts and approving the content before publication.

What can we follow up on?

You can track participation and listening in Insights. This is not the same as assessing knowledge or ability. Use Coaching, Roleplays or Assessments when you need that kind of evidence.
