Build Journeys and Studies with your AI assistant.

Describe your goal and develop a plan with a connected assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude. Create content in Popscale, review the result and stay in control of what gets used.

Requires a company administrator, the enabled feature and an assistant that supports the connection. Availability also depends on the assistant’s plan and your workspace policies.

Studies

Work in Popscale

The assistant can create and update content, Journeys and Studies using the tools your connection permits. Sign in and check the company, role and permissions.

Use the help documentation

A separate, read-only connection accesses public help articles. It needs no Popscale login and does not provide access to customer data.

Ask how Popscale works

You stay in control.

Review facts, language and relevance before using content. Publishing, deletion and sending invitations require explicit confirmation. Enrollment, reminders and some administrative settings are still managed in the app.

The connection uses MCP, Model Context Protocol, to let the assistant use Popscale’s tools. Your external AI service has its own terms. The connection guide is the current source for setup and availability.
