Quality & compliance

When it has to be right.

Some knowledge isn’t optional. Help your team understand the requirements, practice difficult situations and show what they know. From regulations to your most important routines.

In the customer interaction

Know the requirements. Know when to ask.

Different industries. The same need to get it right.

Start with what matters most in the role. Regulations, safety or the quality you promise your customers.

Restaurants & hotels

More confident guest interactions.

Practice allergen questions and situations that call for responsible alcohol service. Find reliable information, follow the procedure and seek help when needed.

Retail

Know the limits of the role.

Practice responding to questions about nonprescription medicines without giving advice beyond your expertise. Help customers find the right advice.

Banking & finance

Understand the reasons behind KYC.

Make customer due diligence and anti-money laundering routines relevant to daily work. Practice customer questions and when to escalate under your procedures.

Your business

Maintain a shared standard.

Prepare your team for safety procedures, complaints or the limits of what they can promise customers. A requirement can be critical without being a law.

These examples reflect Swedish requirements. Adapt content and criteria to your jurisdiction, business and employees’ roles. Sources are in Swedish.

Illustrative approach

From a procedure to a thoughtful response.

One situation connects learning, practice and assessment. You choose the parts you need.

“I’m allergic to milk. Can I eat this?”

A guest asks about a dish. An ingredient has recently changed. The employee needs to check current information and follow the restaurant’s procedures, not guess.

  1. Understand the procedure.

A short episode explains where to find allergen information, why changes matter and who can help.

  2. Practice the situation.

Discuss the procedure with an AI coach. Then practice the conversation with an AI guest who wants a quick answer.

    Coaching · Roleplay
  3. Show what you know.

Ask the employee to explain how to check information, handle uncertainty and involve the responsible colleague. Assess against your criteria.

    Assessments

An illustrative approach, not a ready-made allergen course. Your subject-matter expert needs to review content, scenarios and assessment criteria.

Connect the activities in a Journey

Popscale supports your quality and compliance work. Passing an Assessment is not a certification or a guarantee of legal compliance.

Common questions.

Clear answers.

Is this a separate product?

No. Quality & compliance is a use case for Popscale. Use formats such as Episodes, Coaching and Roleplay for learning and practice, and Assessments for evaluation. Journeys connects the activities when you need a structured approach.

Who is responsible for accurate content?

You are responsible for keeping source material, procedures and requirements current and relevant to your business. Have a subject-matter expert review content, assessment criteria and AI-generated suggestions before use. Review AI assessments when results inform important decisions. Your own content management process needs to account for regulatory changes.

Can Popscale replace mandatory exams or training?

Do not assume so. You need to check the requirements for your role and business. An internal passing result in Popscale does not in itself replace a regulatory exam, qualification requirement or prescribed training.

How should retail staff handle medicine questions in Sweden?

The Swedish Medical Products Agency distinguishes medicine advice from healthcare advice. Staff without training in medicines should not give medicine advice. Refer medicine questions to a pharmacy or Läkemedelsupplysningen. Refer questions about symptoms and the need for healthcare advice to 1177. Adapt the exercise to the employee’s actual role and expertise.

Can we start with one critical area?

Yes. Start with a concrete situation and what employees need to know. You choose the activities, order and requirements. Build on the approach as you learn where your team needs more support.
